Doug's New Trophy!

Well, they are at it again! Carl and Doug got drawn for Javelina and Doug actually got one! Here is my buff son with his prize javelina. Way to go Doug!

Stake Temple Conference

This is the centerpiece from our Stake RS Temple Conference last night. Our decorating committee did an awesome job. These were silver boxes wrapped with sparkly wide ribbon and a unique spire on top - an icicle ornament fixed to the top of a battery tea light. Cool huh! Our program was a slide show of sisters/families in our stake at different temples. We had Sydney Bosen sing "I love to See the Temple" and she did so beautifully! Our Temple Matron Sister Garn was our guest speaker and she was terrific. Brother Garn also spoke as well as President Williams, our Stake President. We had a couple of sisters from our ward sing a beautiful duet. It was a beautiful and uplifting program. I can breathe easier now that it is over. Now on to ward conferences for the next few months.
